I really like the Circadian rhythm setting! My only complaint about it though we be that the incremental increase and decreases in light are very choppy. I wish it could be a smooth transition. That would make this a 10/10. Otherwise, it seems to be a great light and am enjoying it very much.

This grow light is great. It is extremely tall which I love because it doesn’t crowd my plants and provides ample light to all of them. I like the smart feature because it allows me to make sure the on/off timing is correct without having to turn it on at the ‘right time’ in the morning.

indoor plants are a fussy bunch to grow and keep healthy. Sometimes no matter that you do, the plants just don't seem healthy enough. I especially have a problem during the winter months because my windows that face south are too small and dark due to the patio cover. So, the only solution is the order grow light like this one. Having 2 heads is Definity better than one in most cases. At least in this case. I am able to cover more plants in a given area than ever before. Now to be transparent, I have just received this light and am trying it on a split leaf, which I have problems with every winter, and a snake plant, and a couple of other unnamed plants, please see the photos. So far everything is going very well and the plants like the extra light, but I am going to extend this review through the winter and give you an update. I expect the plants to thrive this winter since they are doing so well at this time.

My wife was browsing and she found this light for growing plants and she liked what saw so I went ahead and ordered it for her. We're glad we did.

The light is built solid and is very stable as long as the lights hang in the direction the plate is pointed. It does throw out a good cone of light and is bright. It has 3 different light modes and a brightness adjustment. It is a 48W system so it can be used for long periods of time and should last for several years while saving you money on power costs.

It also has what I consider now-a-days to be a necessity, a memory function so that when the light loses power it retains the settings. It does have light timers and other settings that are also available using the app from Glowrium. We don't use the built in timers for lights like this, I use WiFi enabled switches that we control from our phones for what we want.

The app can be used for tracking a plant's lighting, watering, fertilizing, and so on which we don't use since we have several different plants to maintain.

It comes with the stand in 3 pieces and another thinner 2 pieces inside of that. The wiring is contained inside the pole so no more getting tangled with it.. The height can be adjusted somewhat by loosening the clamp and lowering the inside pole down. I had reviewed a previous version of this light with a single head and it looks like they listened to my suggestion about making the height adjustable without taking it apart.

The 2 heads throw out a good and wide cone of light so that 2 plants are well covered.

The price of this $80 which is higher than a few other lights like this but the quality of this light is also good and it is well built and designed now.

This is a nice grow light. It gets super bright and even has some red light which is important for photosynthesis. It's also height adjustable with part of that adjustability due to the lights being on goose necks. Another advantage of the lights being on goosenecks is that you can really fine tune the adjustment of the angle of the lights. The light itself can be set at 10% increments, but you can also download the app that comes with it. Reviews of the app on Google Play Store indicate that some people had difficulty with the app. It works perfectly for me. A nice touch is that you can set a timer using the app or right on the unit itself.
